All services and products are subject to availability and acceptance by Fuji Digital Solutions.

Orders & Acceptance

• An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received or mutually agreed payment terms are accepted.

• We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.

• For services, project details, scope, timelines, and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Pricing & Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer

• Cash on Delivery (for eligible physical products)

• PayHere (Credit & Debit Cards)

Payment Terms:

• Some services may require full payment or an advance payment before work begins.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Policy

Digital Services

• Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Project scope

  • Service type

  • Client feedback and approvals

• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

Physical Products

• Delivery time depends on:

  • Customer location

  • Item availability

  • Delivery partner

• Fuji Digital Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Downloadable Products

• Downloadable products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

• Customers are responsible for downloading and storing their purchased files.

Intellectual Property Rights

Digital Services (Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Services Only)

• Before full payment:
  All intellectual property rights remain with Fuji Digital Solutions.

• After full payment:
  All rights are transferred to the customer who made the payment.

This transfer applies only to digital services, not downloadable products or physical goods.

Fuji Digital Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions Policy

• Free revisions are provided for digital services.

• The number and scope of revisions depend on the type of service and project agreement.

• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Refund & No-Refund Policy

Digital Downloads

• No refunds or returns are allowed for downloadable digital products under any circumstances.

Digital Services

• Partial refunds may be provided depending on:

  • Amount paid

  • Work completed

  • Project stage

• Refund decisions are made case by case.

Physical Products

• Refunds and returns are accepted within 14 days, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree:

• Not to misuse, copy, or redistribute website content without permission

• Not to submit false or misleading information

• To provide accurate details when placing orders or contacting us
