Refund and Returns Policy

At Fuji Digital Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality digital services, products, and downloadable items. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may be issued and how we handle them for our clients.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Digital Services (web design, branding, marketing, video editing, etc.)

  • Physical Products

  • Downloadable Products

Please read carefully, as refunds and returns for digital and downloadable products are not allowed.

Refund Eligibility
Digital Services
  • Refunds for services are partially allowed depending on the amount paid and the stage of the project.

  • If a client cancels a service before work begins, a portion of the payment may be refunded.

  • If work has started, refunds are calculated based on the work completed and value delivered.

  • Refunds are subject to approval and agreement between Fuji Digital Solutions and the client.

Note: Free revisions are included as part of our services. The number and scope of revisions depend on the type and complexity of the project.

Physical Products
  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Downloadable & Digital Deliverables
  • Refunds or returns are not allowed for downloadable products or fully delivered digital content.

  • Once a product or service file is delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, including:

  • Bank Transfer

  • PayHere (Credit & Debit Cards)

  • Cash on Delivery (for eligible physical products)

Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return:

  1. Contact us at info@fujidigital.lk or call +94 76 540 4870.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of payment, and reason for the request.

  3. Our team will review the request and determine eligibility based on the above criteria.

Important: Refunds will not be granted if the request does not meet the terms outlined in this policy.

Partial Refunds
  • Partial refunds for services are determined case by case, based on the work completed and the amount already delivered.

  • Fuji Digital Solutions reserves the right to withhold any refund if significant work has been delivered or customized digital content has been provided.

Damaged or Defective Products
  • For physical products that are damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will replace or refund the product after verification.

Modifications to This Policy

Fuji Digital Solutions may update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage clients to review this policy regularly.
